Off to London via Vancouver

Hullo!! We are going on our grand adventure to London today! The flight leaves at midnight... but first we have to take the ferry over to Vancouver... It's a great day for a ferry ride!

So beautiful!

Way in the distance... you can see the other ferry going the opposite way...

Oh... before I forget... this is Leo. He was grandpa's little lion who hung off his car visor. We are taking him on the trip as well.

It was a bit windy... so we hunkered down on a bench...

Seee... beary windy!!

Rose and Auntie came to pic us up from the ferry - hooray!! No long bus ride with a heavy suitcase.

Traffic was not great but... Vancouver sure is beautiful...

Oohhh... Vancouver Art Gallery is having a Monet to Matisse exhibition. We know a certain mouse who would like that.

We got to meet the new kittens... This is Luna... we were trying to get a group photo with her but...

It wasn't working very well!!

She kept wanting to say "hello" to Leo... and he kept squeaking... "OW"!!!

whew... let's just sit up on this railing (out of harm's way) and get a better group photo... That's Otto!!! He's coming along too.

Otto lives with Luna and he said she was just play fighting but...

We're not so sure about that... head bite!

Right then... we made it to the airport in one piece and... for the foodies in our fan club... here's a food pic!!! Beef dip with gravy... mmmm...

And then a group photo with Rose and the Vancouve Aquarium's otter!! (I know... at the airport... go figure).

The airplane was packed! And Mama got stuck in the middle section along the aisle... while Rose and Auntie had the window & aisle sets across the way... Ugh! But here we are in London... on the train...

And we're off!!!

It's past 6 pm here... so we are just going to fall into bed when we get to where we are going...

And... here we are... talk to you later... we're pooped!!!

    1. Luckily we arrived in the evening so could go straight to bed... mind you... it's a dorm room with people coming in after midnight and turning on the lights!

    1. That's a good point... there aren't really a lot of feline stuffies, are there? Too independent maybe?
