History... and Harry Potter!

Hullo!! We were wandering from Sloane Square, trying to find the Victoria & Albert Museum when we stumbled on the Michelin building!!! It is seriously cool...

We love it!!! It's kind of Art Nouveau/Art Deco apparently... beary nice.

Rose only wanted to know if it had been used in Harry Potter movies... uh... no.

We then popped into the Victoria & Albert and... this picture reminded us that we need to demand more snacks!

The shop had a book with garden quotes... we like this one.

And this one...

We also saw this beary strange looking building and thought it might be the headquarters of Batman or something... nope... just Ismali Centre.

We stopped for lunch at an Italian place and shared bruschetta (yum)

and spaghetti... yummers!

... and pizza... oh yum!! Four paws up to Sole Luna in South Kensington!

Then we followed the signs....

To the Natural History Museum...

It was spitting rain but Leo was quite taken with the regal gold lion...

Impressive building!

Let's get in before we get soaked!

Oooh.. like the archway!

There was a whale skeleton in the entrance hall... and hordes (and hordes) of people... ugh!

We went through the dinosaur display which was a crush of humans... but we did like this theory as to dinosaur extinction...

 Met a few stuffie pals... my... what big teeth you have!

Little Fox met a distant English cousin (or two... or three... or four...)

And then we ran out and escaped to Harrods... where there were more hordes...

Interesting pastries though...

Then it was off to the London Eye... did I mention hordes yet? At least the weather got better!

In the rush to buy tickets and get in line... we got left behind with Mama!! (She'd already done it once before and it costs $$$ or rather.... £££)... But there go Rose and her mom!

And... 30 minutes later... here they come again....

 We also had a gander at Westminster Abbey... but we're having trouble getting us AND the building into the photo...

Whoops... that didn't work either!

What the heck... it's starting to rain again... run!

And then the rain passed and we got to see the Horse Guards...

At least these guys don't wear bear skin hats... grrrr....

We had a dinner of fish & chips...

Yummm...

Stopped at a Harry Potter store (to escape yet more rain showers!).

 And finally fell into bed...  you know... Rose used to use a teddy bear eye mask... sigh... now Hedwig eye masks are all the rage!
