Superbowl Sunday (2025)

 Hullo!! Today is Superbowl Sunday (well... it was when these pics were taken)...

I am making a pizza! With Gluten Free Pizza mix...

That actually turned out pretty good!

We bake it for a bit and then...

We add some pizza sauce...

And ham!

And pineapple!! Yum!!

Some people don't like ham and pineapple pizza...

But it is the best!!

And then we eat it... because... just like in the movies... you eat everything before the movie even starts... sigh...

But now... I am ready! I have my football sweater and...

Oh... Hi Otto! No... the pizza is all gone already...

Ummm... Hi Rusty, yeah, no, sorry... pizza is all gone!

And Cocoa and Navy just woke up from their jet lag... Let's not mention pizza, shall we?

Alright... here we go!!! It's the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs...

And um... it's a blow out by the Eagles!

Cocoa and Navy are crying into their sleeves because they are big Chiefs fans... or... really... Taylor Swift fans...

Sooo... we won't rub this in, will we?

Nope... we won't!!

Cocoa is inconsolable! 

But he'll get over it... we hope.

Right then... Go Eagles!!!!

The Mice and the Mexican Vacation

 ***Monday December 13, 2022... early...***

zzzz.... rhfhdofpphhhh.... merf.... zzzz

**BRRRRRRRINGGGGGGGG!!!***

OMG!! It's today!!!!

Oh hi!!! Guess where we are??? We are in Vancouver!!! And enroute to Mexico today!!!

Yes, we are staying at Otto's place and... notice anything???

Sandy is NOT here!! No!!!

Heh-heh... he didn't make it back from Oregon in time due to... "flight delays"... heh-heh... but that's what happens sometimes...

Hmm.... I sense a bit of glee from these mice!

Well yes! How many times did Sandy head off on trips this year without a mouse??? Hmmmm???? How many??? A LOT!! But never mind... first... we want to show you...

Otto has a Mouse in the house!!! Well.. .a mouse in a box actually... a matchbox and he wanted to know if it was a Beanie Mouse!

Shhhh... the mouse is sleeping... and this is a Mouse Race box... hmmm... strange

Errr... he's awake now... and...

***much sobbing and hugging later*** (Mice reunions are messy affairs you know)...

Meet Dwarf Beanie! He's not coming on the trip though... too traumatized by the Mouse Island Tsunami you know... we'll have to come back and spend more time with him after Mexico!

Speaking of which, we should go finish rearranging suitcases...

Whew... how two mice can need this much stuff is amazing.

And this is Rose! She is making turtle bracelets to give away...

And here we are at the airport...We were all supposed to take a mini-van taxi but at 4:30 am they phoned to say they don't have any. Even though Rose's dad booked it days ago!!! So we had to split up and take two taxis!

Anyhow... we went through the zippy fast check-in line-up... cause we are VIP Mice you know...

And now it's time for security... no line-up there!

Like... zero line-up!!

And here we are!! Starbucks isn't even open and...

Sandy is not here!!!

There's our plane!

There is a slight niggling fear that Sandy is going to show up but... we checked his itinerary and he is stuck in Toronto somewhere... heh-heh!!!

Oh... and here's Rose, finishing some homework...

And then... hours and hours later... after a beary full, beary long flight... we fell into bed exhuastipated in Mexico!!!
