Handy Sandy and the Burnt-out Bulb

Hello - Handy Sandy here with an August (yes, August!) adventure... I had noticed that the left rear brake light of the truck burnt out... and... after some rummaging bought new bulbs at Canadian Tire...

And then watched a YouTube video out how to get this rear light assembly off... YouTube is good for that you know.

First, you take off this screw...

And this screw...

That was pretty easy...

Now, put the screws in a safe spot....

And then give the rear light assembly a gentle whack...

And it pops off! There are three bulbs in here... we want the middle one I think.... They are just a twist and pull out system.

See... like that.

If you look closely, you can see the bulb is burnt out, the glass is discoloured.

Take out the old one... put in the new one... insert and twist. and...

Voila... we are back in business....

Then put it back on, and put the screws back in.

Easy peasy...

Now... where to put the other new lightbulb... where we can find it again?? Somewhere...
