Hello, Chef Theodore here. Today, we are going to try a vegetarian dish. That is, after all, the reason why we are trying the GoodFood business!
Today's recipe is Mee Goreng with Fresh Shanghai Noodles... mmm... looks good!
Shall we get started then?
Oh wow... there is a lot of Mise en Place as they say (that means chopping and dicing but in chef-speak!).
All done... We are now ready to get cooking...
First... we saute the garlic and then...
... it's done!!! (Well, there were a few intermediate steps but the camera person forgot to take photos!).
Then we have some toasted nuts and some cilantro for garnish.
Voila!! Done!
And it was super yummy too!!
