COCOA'S BACK!!!!

 Hullo!!! Navy Beanie here!!! Sandy's still visiting Little Fox and Cocoa's somewhere in transit back home but...

I just got a notification on my phone that...

Cocoa's luggage has been delivered!!!! (Cocoa's been in England you know... visiting the Beanie cousins... attended the Queen's funeral you know... (via TV))

Let's go!!!!

First we gotta drive a bit...

And there was a key in our mailbox for a parcel pickup slot!

There it is!!! Luggage delivered...

But where is Cocoa??? Shouldn't we be getting a message that he needs picking up at Seagull Airways? Or was it Canada Goode Airlines?? Wait... there's a knock at the door!

Hark... who goes there???

COCOA!!!!! 

NAVVVVVYYYYY!!!!

***slow motion running to the tune of Chariots of Fire...***

And... tackle!!!! Hugs!!!

Navy and Cocoa... best bud cousins!!

Why didn't you phone!!!

I couldn't... my phone was in my luggage!!

***hours later***

... and then... I got more stamps in my passport!!!!

Seeee... we went to scads of places and had a great time!!

I even got some cool stickers!!!

But Navy... you don't have a passport!!! We're going to have to get you one to replace the waterlogged one that's on the bottom of the ocean!!

Oh... and.... won some prizes at the arcade!!!!

Lots of swag here to go geocaching with!!

"What's the blue thing??? Is that my new vest?? Jumper?"

Yes!!! Beanie knitted it with a bit of help from Andrea... they hope it fits!!!

"Ooooh... it looks perfect!"

"It is perfect!!!! I loves it!!!"

"And it even has a cool lighter blue band on the back"

"And best of all... a Cutty Sark pin!!!!"

Whew... that's a lot of stuff!
"Is that it though? I heard there was stuff from Fortnum and Mason??"

Ooohhhhh yeaaahhhh!!! Look... hot chocolate!!! 

But not just any hot chocolate - Witch's Brew Hot Chocolate - green coloured white chocolate flakes... We think Rose will have to test this out when she comes next!

Hunting for the Bus Bingo Prizes that Cocoa Hid!!

Soooo... a few blogs ago, Cocoa left us a clue about the missing Bus Bingo prizes which he hid before he departed for England (in a fit of pique I might add...).

Cocoa said to look in the "round tin"!

This is the first one! Let's see what's inside?

What do you see/sniff Navy?
"Not much... maybe a hint of cocoa powder... "

(Gramma used to use this tin for baking supplies!)...

And then we've got this one! It's a German Lebkuchen cookie tin!!

Anything???
"Nope! But it sure smells yummy in here!!!"

Hmph... one day I'd really like to get a full Lebkuchen cookie tin!!! Not just empty ones!

Here's another round tin... also a Lebkuchen tin... hmmm.... when did these tins enter the house??? And did I miss the Lebkuchen???

"Anything in there Sandy??"

Nope... shiny and clean... although I do detect a faint hint of Lebkuchen spice!

"My burning question is... where are the cheese tins!"

Oh... there's another round one!! Way up on the speaker...

A Well-Dressed Mouse

Hullo! As you know, Navy Beanie has joined our happy gang but... is... well... a tad under-dressed for the fall and winter!

"I do have a smashing bow tie though!"

"In a very nice tartan pattern... that's the tartan of Mouse Island you know."

Anyhow... until Cocoa Beanie gets here... (hopefully with a knitted jumper for Navy Beanie)...

"...In Navy blue please!!!"

I remembered that I had found this cute little tartan vest for Cocoa when he first arrived here...

How's it fit??? It even has a hoodie you know but... those ears are a bit...

Oh well... those ears slick right back don't they!!! You do look a bit rattish though...

And there's nothing worse than a mouse that looks like a rat!

"And a little pin to keep it closed helps... I could try my ears foreward..."

"There... and they act as a wind break too!!!"

I do have to say, I'm glad my ears are a bit more subdued than Navy's!
