Long Weekend

It was the long weekend and Sandy decided to take it easy... Part of that involved just sitting in the backyard and doing nothing... which is hard for an adventurous little bear!

 He managed it pretty well though... and was able to just be still for a while.

 And then we made a fire in the firepit which was beary nice - almost like camping (but not quite).

Sandy stayed up until the stars came out and that was a lot of fun... it's mesmerizing to just sit and stare at the flames.

One could almost do flame-art! Or imagine that you can see things in the flames (like people do with clouds)!
