Chef Theodore steps up...

Good morning, it is I, Chef Theodore... yesterday I cooked Glazed Korean Chicken Lettuce Cups... with a bit of help... We are trying out the GoodFood program... just to see...

Here are all the ingredients... looking good so far - the chicken is Canadian-raised!

OK... step by step instructions... that's good.

Hmmm... a fair bit of plastic but we can reuse those little bottles for other things... oh... what is that!

Honey!! You know it's gonna be a good recipe when there's honey in it...

Got the rice cooking...

Got the chicken marinating...

And sliced up the carrots...

And the lettuce is ready to go...

Then we cook the chicken a bit... and add the marinade after a while and let it reduce so that the chicken can get glazed...

Hmmm... the humans might need some practice in "plating-up" but... it was a 10/10 from all concerned. YUM!
