A Walk with a View

Hooray - we are off on a real hike today!!

First though... we stopped to pay our respects to the final resting place of Rascal (cat) and Daisy (dog)...

Right here... we still miss them...

Oooh, the bunch-berries are blooming... beary nice.

Sniff, sniff... hmmm... golden retriever... sniff sniff... mumble mumble...

I'll just leave a message here too... HEY! No photos!!

Cool hiding places...

And a twinned Queen's Cup... those are pretty rare... Usually they are only a single flower...

We even found the remains of a triplet...

And a columbine! They are pretty... but it sure is dry here... and hot...

Ooh, a pond... I could cool off in there!

errr... or not!

Here we are... nice view out to the west...

And tomorrow it's back home again... it was nice to go on this trip to visit Gramma!
