Hullo. As noted in the last post, we need to make up a new Bus Bingo card for Beanie Mouse's bus adventures. We always give this a fair bit of thought. Sometimes the thoughts pay off... sometimes not.

By the way... we always (almost always) put #11 in the middle, cause it's a key spot. And didn't you know it... Transport London changed the bus route so it starts from Waterloo Station and not Victoria!! So it took forever to get that square on our last Bus Bingo card... hmph.
Anyhow... there's our spread. We started it last week, so we already have 4 squares marked off!!! That's pretty good already. Notice there is NO #11 on this one. (Hmph). And we did have #88 twice (sigh), so we changed one of those to a 7.
We learned a few things on our last trip to London... and so this time... our secret sauce was this...
We went onto the TFL site and looked at all of the buses that go by the big train stations that Beanie likes to frequent... places like Victoria, Blackfriar's, etc...
Who was it that said... "Know thine Stuffie?"... (Sun Tzu.... but he didn't use Stuffie (of course)).
Anyhow... we'll see if it works. Once we exhausted those numbers, we chose some random ones... And #65 was a shoe-in for the centre because we know how much Beanie loves Kew Gardens and Richmond! We'll see how this one pans out!

DeleteVery VERY devious!!!!! But a bus does not have to START at a mainline station to make it popular, just has to go PAST it and the 11 goes past Victoria!!! Just doesn't go to Liverpool Street any more.....!
