Sausages at the Campfire

It's campfire time!! Yay!! What with all the rainy weather, it's been tough to find a relatively warm day but... here we are!

Grampa's feeling better and he knows how to hold a stuffie (no squashing!).

Ahhh... a honey beer... it's been a tough week with soil runs and mud-slogging hikes...

I do have to supervise the cooking here though.

We have some potato salad...

And sausages!! Bratwurst on the left and Apple Bangers on the right.

Not sure why they're called Apple Bangers... maybe they make a bang when they cook?

Anyhow... I thought a few of my pals might like a close-up view of them... hehehe

What? I'm not bad, am I? Nooooo... Cause if my stuffie pals showed up right now... I'd share these! So, come on over!

Alright... here we go...

Mmmm... can you hear them cooking???


***drool... slurp...***


OK, dinner's ready!!! Two sausages per stuffie... anyone??

Hmmm... is this blog working? None of my stuffie pals showed up for dinner... oh well... next time!

    BBQ?? Wait a minute, we didn't get an invitation...blast that Canadian Goose mail service. Ben says he'd better not show these yummy photos to Jerry, who is still grumbling over the gardening issue (northern Minnesota got an ice storm yesterday...).

      Don't even mention the Canadian Goose mail service. Mama ordered a new case for her phone at the end of January... it came LAST week! ... You haven't showed Jerry the sausage photos?? Hmmm...
