The Sears Christmas Wishbook came today!! Sandy has never seen one of these before, but Mama knows it beary well! She suggested that Sandy could spend a few hours looking through the catalogue...
So with a cup of hot chocolate, Sandy flipped through the catalogue, looking for honey and little bear outfits. Not much luck though! He did find some tea cups which was the closest thing to honey...
Sounds like a nice activity for a snowy afternoon. Ben is helping Papa to make Christmas cookies today, and Jerry has kindly volunteered to serve as official taste tester (as if anyone guessed he wouldn't do so!).
ReplyDeleteSandy, please ask your Mom if she has ever tried Stephen's Candycane Cocoa (see link below). Papa says it is THE best for the winter, and the photo on the package is a bear, so you know it's good! If you've never tried it and it sounds yummy to you (not everyone likes chocolate and mint), Papa says he's going to send you a package.

Christmas cookies!! Yum!!! I would definitely help Jerry be the official taste tester. It's always good to have two you know...
ReplyDeleteMama says she's never had Candycane Cocoa - although she does like After Eight mints! Mint and chocolate is sort of like peanut butter and chocolate - a perfect mix! Although they probably don't make peanut butter flavoured hot chocolate... but then, you never know...
We agree! You just need peanut butter blossom cookies to have with your hot chocolate:
