Campfire on the Beach

Woof!! We're up at the lake!! This is a great place for a dog to run and jump in the water...

I'm not much of a water hound though... but it sure is pretty up here.

Lots of places to hide here...

It helps to be a small stuffie!

Oh wow... look at all the driftwood... We need some for a campfire... I can help!

I got one!!

And there we go... campfire on the beach but not sausages or smores... just the fire... It was beary windy too so we only made a small fire (P.S. this was in June when there was not campfire ban yet!)

 And the big old root masses are beary pretty... as I stare thoughtfully out over the water.

 Oooh, a heart rock... we love it here... that is true.

Can you spot me?

We even found a painted rock here...

 And a few stuffie sized trees on an old stump... I like the hemlock... it's not as prickly as the spruce.
