A Holiday?

Ummm... clearly I am not getting the memos in this household! Apparently, while I wasn't paying attention, someone booked a flight to Mexico! For a week... yay!! I quickly scrambled around and found some beach-ware and dug out my Mexican som-bear-o from a couple of years ago...

Last time we went, I only had one outfit (can you believe it??)... and well... see the photos for yourself. As many of my blogger pals commented... I was vastly overdressed for Mexico! But... I am now a bear with a well-stocked closet and I even have choices for my sun-wardrobe... As for where we are going...

Last time we went to the Yucatan but this time we are going just north of Puerto Vallarta, on the Pacific coast... ooohhh... ahhh... must pack some honey (they don't have a lot down there!).

  1. You are one lucky bear Sandy! We've been there twice; it's so beary beautiful. There is a Starbucks in PV! There is also a BEARY good hamburger place in the old town, Derby City Burgers; they have a great blue cheese burger, and the sweet potato fries are delicious!! Jerry is already asked for a return vacation!

  2. A Starbucks!! Oooohhh.... maybe they have new outfits! Hamburgers are good too... we are staying a bit farther north in Puerto Nayarit (Nuevo Vallarta). The beaches look great and I am going to make sure that I get to lounge on a chair while the humans bring me fruit drinks with little umbrellas (and a shot of honey, please).

  3. Sandy what a fun trip, is Daily traveling along? Too bad Sebastian went home....he would have liked the nice warm climate in Mexico. I checked out your old blog posts....wow you must have felt out of place with the green jacket in Mexico....yet you still managed to wear it with finesse and style. Bravo.
Your passpot is certainly getting a workout this year! Segura viaja arena (That is supposed to be safe travels Sandy) my Spanish isn't as good as it used to be.
