Floral Adventures

Sandy might have another favourite flower to add to his list... this one isn't very perfumed though... so it's not based on smell... but purely on beauty!
The flower is called "Bleeding-Heart" here in Canada... and it is very dainty and delicate. Sandy thinks it is the most beautiful flower he has seen so far. And up close, they look even more beautiful and interesting.
But sometimes... flowers can also be dangerous! Well, if you're only 6 inches tall and you're searching for adventure... because some flowers are very deep...
A little bear could get lost in all of these violets! They don't smell very strong either, but they are fun to romp through and explore.
Don't forget to pick a bouquet while you're in there, Sandy!

  1. I've heard someone call that plant " naked lady in bath" ( you should see me getting more red then I already am! :-) ) It's also calked " broken heart". Harr and G. Had them in their garden in the house they lived in before the one we live in now. It didn't move garden when they moved to this house :-).

    1. Thanks guys! I is a super-good camouflage bear... slipping through the forest (or the gardens) invisible to mere mortals... most of the time!

  3. We have that in our garden but only because it grows through from next door. Mummy says we don't need one of our own because it's still pretty even though it isn't ours.

Did you know you have that horrid word verification thingy on your blog? It's a bit difficult for some people to read and it makes it hard to comment sometimes.

    1. Thanks Eldritch! I've turned off the word verification... Mama says sometimes the spammers overrun some of her other blogs... but maybe they're not interested in the adventures of a little bear! Thanks for visiting...
